Cancellation policy

In case you used our subscription service, you may cancel your Purely Turmeric subscription at any time by emailing us at info@purelyturmericltd.co.uk  from the email address associated with your account and requesting that your account is cancelled.

In the event you cancel an order, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Purely Turmeric unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided

 

Refunds policy

If you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us at info@purelyturmericltd.co.uk  within seven (7) days of the date you received the product.

Purely Turmeric will either replace the frozen turmeric cubes,  or depending on the circumstances we may provide you with a full or partial credit or refund. 

We may require photographic documentation of our product  before we provide you a credit or refund.

Event outside our control

In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your Order, we will attempt to deliver your Order as soon as reasonably possible. In some cases, delivery may occur prior to the scheduled delivery date. In the event that timely delivery of your frozen turmeric cubes  is not feasible, we will cancel your delivery for the period so affected and issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery.

Force Majeure Event include:

Strikes, lock-out or other industrial action;

Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport

impossibility of use of public or private telecommunications network; and

the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligation under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Even.
